  • How much do dispatchers charge?

Dispatching services can range from 5-10%. We charge 7% per load and provide extensive load support from dispatch to delivery.  We'll also maintain communication with Brokers/Shippers beyond delivery date in the event of claims or reversal charges, to assure payment resolution.

As an owner-operator, you will be receiving payments from individual brokers and shippers directly within 15-45 days. You can also elect to use a factoring company to obtain faster payments.

  • Why do I need to sign a power of attorney?

The Power of Attorney you sign with us is a limited Power of Attorney. We can only act and make decisions on specified activities to the extent you authorize. In this case, our powers will be limited to:

    • Contacting brokers on your behalf to book loads
    • Transfer of Paperwork (Carrier Packet, Rate Confirmations, Insurance Certificates, BOLs, Invoices, etc.) to brokers/shippers
    • Signature on your behalf of rate confirmation sheets, and associated paperwork necessary for securing cargo and billing purposes only
  • Do I have to request insurance certificates every time?

Every Broker/Shipper will require being listed as a certificate holder for your initial load. However, with your authorization, we will work with your insurance agent to get the certificate of insurance on your behalf.
